Ocean Web Design is based in Oxford, North Canterbury and run by Stephen Whitehead. Stephen has nearly two decades experience in the IT industry, the bulk of this time spent working and developing Computer Aided Design (CAD) and Manufacturing systems(CAM). For the past three years attention has been firmly focused on the Internet and the new possibilities this has opened up - especially for the small to medium sized businesses.
We work with clients face to face, via email and over the telephone
and often work for clients we have never met personally.
We design and develop unique solutions based on the clients needs using
industry best practices utilising the very best technologies available,
including PHP,
MySQL, HTML, CSS, AJAX and Flash.
OWD provides services including web development, web hosting and content management systems all of which are aligned to the client's business and
marketing strategies. We work to strict deadlines and ensure good project
management throughout the whole process.
We can deliver new web solutions from scratch or re-develop existing
